Returns

* Right to Return goods is protected under ( EU Consumer Rights Act)

*Return Policy is adopted on a 14 days from receipt of arrival basis. ( No Returns after this point will be accepted)

*All items that are purchased from New must be returned unused and in the condition sent with all tags attached if applied.

Used items must be returned in the condition sent and a resale able manor.

*Certain product are excluded from return if used due to hygiene and safety reasons. All items with this method will be addressed in item description.

*The postage paid on your item is non refundable due to being paid for the purpose of 3rd party.Goods returned are paid for at customers expense. When  returning goods please ensure all items are sent via a tracked or traceable method to ensure safe delivery as all goods remain the customers responsibility  until they reach us.

*please note if any goods are sent with free delivery when returned to us will still incorporate a deduction of cost of postage & packaging of parcel.

*Refund or Exchange is optional service provided. Once goods are being returned to us please enclose completed printed return form stating return or refund  with relevant reason and complete information. (Failure to include return form note can prevent efficiency of process of return or refund.)

p.s you can also enclose additional hand written note explaining item required. i.e size, measurements, color etc

*Any refunds will be reimbursed within 5 working days of receipt of arrival of goods.
