All goods purchased on www.Army-Shop.co.uk is a legal binding contractual agreement in accordance to ‘Offer & Acceptance’
and to complete at checkout with goods purchased.

The goods depict the price value displayed for each item on the website and may/will incorporate further charges for shipment or Insurance where applicable.

If the purchased sale shows error in price we will try to inform you asap and we shall be under no obligation to fulfill a purchase made with incorrect value.

All goods are packaged and delivered to address provided by yourselves. We ensure a reliable medium of carriage i.e Royal Mail and other known courier companies.

If goods do not reach destination of delivery within 14 days U.K or 28 days Worldwide please ensure to notify us as soon as possible.

All deliveries are departed in working days only and we do not ship goods on the weekend and public holidays.

We cannot take any instructions to leave goods unattended in safe places i.e shed or bins etc

If deliveries are refused to be accepted and returned to sender, we reserve the right to deduct amount of shipping if refunded or re invoice the amount of shipping if resent. Reattempt of delivery will incur same shipping charges as initial purchase order that will be further invoiced to pay before dispatch.

For International buyers if order is quoted and purchased with amount short we reserve the right to amend postage costs for heavy and bulky item charges.

Buyers are responsible to ensure collection of goods held by courier agents i.e Royal Mail etc. These courier agents often forward and post a attempted delivery card as often could not make delivery due to no answer.

Once goods arrive to you and for whatever reason you are not satisfied with purchase please inform us within 14 days of delivery to ensure Return or Exchange via the downloadable pdf format Returns Form.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order without reason.

Certain goods cannot be returned once purchased due to health and hygiene reasons. Items with this category will be specified in product information.

It is the buyers responsibility to ensure minimum age related purchase by law as sharp objects like knives etc cannot be sold to person under age of 18.

All goods shipped internationally may incur further charges due to duties and taxes of destination country if purchased goods outside of the U.K
